NMVO request for AMS access

When an NMVO requests access to the Alert Management System they will need to go through a qualification phase prior to being given access. Only the General Manager for the NMVO can complete the request.

Note that access will be granted for the IQE/UAT environment only, access to PRD will be granted once the Supplemental Agreement has been signed and the Self-Qualification completed, reviewed and approved.

Along with this canned response EMVO will need to provide some documented templates to be completed that are held on Veeva and specific for each NMVO.
