OBP Portal - Current User Has No Role Message
If a user is logging into the OBP Portal and receives the below message:

The resolution may be to assign the email address the correct roles in Azure AD B2C.
This error usually appears when the user does not have the OBP Portal roles assigned to its account (users should be assigned these roles automatically following the verification email link, however if this is not successful then these roles will need applying manually).
At this stage, we recommend EMVO investigate this issue further as Melior do not maintain EMVOs Azure AD B2C & the permissions of users within it.
